From the very beginning of my real estate career, my focus has been on rural residential, farms and vacant land across Grey and Bruce counties. While I represent clients buying and selling in urban areas as well, I have a natural affinity for rural properties. My primary clients are farmers, land owners, business owners, investors and retirees.

While I have an office in Owen Sound, I cover a lot of territory so I end up working in my truck at the side of the road more often than not. As lead for the successful Advantage Realty Grey Bruce team, I work with a small group of dedicated real estate agents and an adept administrative staff; together, we ensure superior client service and a positive transaction experience.

I take an ‘all in’ approach and am proud of the expertise, market knowledge and negotiating skills I have gained over the years.

My wife and I, along with our two young children, live happily and busily on our Grey County farm.
